This Christian pendant is in the shape of the Jerusalem Cross of the Crusades - a large cross surrounded by four smaller Greek crosses and was used since the end of the 1200s AD. On one side of this pendent is and image of Jesus with the Chi Rho symbol (the P over the X) at the bottom.  Chi Rho are the first two Greek letters for the word for "Christ". The IHS at the top is a contraction of the Greek name for Jesus. The Greek letters to the side of the image of Jesus are alpha and omega, symbolizing the beginning and the end. On the other side is an image of Mary, the word "Crusade", the fleur de lis, and a star.
